Trinity Village Care Centre (TVCC) is a 150-bed not-for-profit Long Term Care Facility. There are 90 private rooms an 60 standard rooms that are divided into 5 houses (Oak Ridge, Pine Woods, Maple Bush, Walnut Grove, and Cherry Orchard). TVCC has been serving the community since 1972. TVCC is an accredited Long Term Care Facility with dedicated, experienced staff who provide excellent personal care. Each person's quality of life is of great importance to us. Quality of life is sought through individual care plans with input from team conferences involving residents and families. TVCC is a Ministry of the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada operated through Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo. Trinity's services are available to all members of the community. Standards are legislated by the Ministry of Health for Long Term Care and require annual reviews.
