  • Elders are the centre of our care and live in a home like setting
  • Twenty-four hour nursing care is provided by qualified staff in accordance with individual residents' needs. 
  • Medical staff visit the home regularly and are available on-call for medical direction.
  • Medications are ordered and administered by registered staff through Hoegler Pharma Plus.
  • Laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging are arranged on-site as ordered.
  • Care conferences are held with residents and family 4-6 weeks following admission and yearly thereafter.
  • Communication is ongoing with families and the multidisciplinary team assists in ensuring the best quality of life for each resident living at the centre.
  • Referrals are made for special therapeutic services.
  • Psychogeriatic assessments and care.
  • Special training for Palliative Care
