Family Council - 5TVCC Family Members, 2 TVCC Residents and 1 Community Partnership

Purpose: The members of the Board as well as management are members of the Leadership and Partnerships CCHSA Accreditation Team(s). This includes those with responsibilities for leading, managing and governing: strategic planning; financial planing; resource allocation; risk and utilization management; contracted services and quality improvement. Community partners also play an important role to help validate the team's self-assessment.
