Visits with a resident for social reasons - these have to be prescheduled. Up to 2 general visits per resident per week with up to 10 visitors at a time. Children under the age of two years do not count towards the general visitor maximum. Visitors under the age of 14 years have to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Designated caregivers can also be present during the general visits. The designated outdoor visiting area is in the Courtyard. Length of visit: 30 Minutes or 60 Minutes.
Outdoor General visitors do not require a rapid antigen test at this time as their visits will be held outdoors only. Masks and physical distancing are still required for general visitors regardless of immunization status. In case of inclement weather (heat alert/warning, rain, etc) outdoor visits will be canceled and a notice will be posted on our website under Latest News. Please check the website for such updates prior to each visit. There are many designated general visit spots available during the following times: 10:15am-10:45am, 11:15am-11:45am, 3:15pm-3:45pm, 4:00pm-4:30pm, 4:45pm-5:15pm, 6:15pm-6:45pm, 7:00-7:30pm.

A negative rapid test result is required before each visit. Surgical mask and face shield required for all indoor visits.
All requests are processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday. The Screening Coordinator will contact you directly to confirm the details of your request. Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and scheduling. Thank you for your understanding as we try to accommodate all requests timely.
All visitors shall follow all applicable infection prevention and control precautions that are in place at the home.
